-
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By instructing us to begin work, paying a deposit, or approving a quote/proposal, you agree to these Terms.
3. Quotes, Scope & Changes
3.1 Scope - We will provide a written description of what’s included (e.g., number of pages, features, revisions, timelines).
3.2 Changes (Out of Scope) - Anything not included in the agreed scope is a change request and may require a revised timeline and/or additional fees at our standard rate.
3.3 Assumptions - Unless agreed otherwise, our quotes assume you provide content on time, you respond to approvals promptly, and third-party services are available and functioning.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate content and materials in a timely manner, ensure you have rights/permissions to use all Content you supply, review and approve work within reasonable timeframes, and appoint one main point of contact. Delays in approvals or content may delay the Project timeline.
5. Fees, Deposits & Payment
5.1 Fees are as stated in the agreed quote/proposal.
5.2 A deposit is required before work begins. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
5.3 Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated (commonly 7 or 14 days). Late payments may pause work.
5.4 You are responsible for third-party costs unless we explicitly include them.
6. Revisions & Approvals
We include the number of revision rounds stated in the quote/proposal. Additional revisions may be charged. When you approve a design or build stage, later changes may be treated as out of scope.
7. Timelines & Delivery
Any timeline is an estimate. We’ll do our best to meet it, but it depends on timely client input and third-party services. Launch dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Content, Accuracy & Legal Compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of all Content you provide or approve. You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property (IP)
You retain ownership of your pre-existing IP. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the Deliverables for your business. We retain ownership of our working files, methods, templates, and know-how.
10. Portfolio & Credits
Unless you request otherwise in writing, you agree we may display the Project in our portfolio and marketing.
11. Hosting & Maintenance
If you purchase hosting or maintenance through us, the scope will be defined in your plan description. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled with at least 14 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid for more than 14 days.
12. Third-Party Services & Integrations
You are responsible for setting up and paying for third-party services, complying with their terms, and providing access credentials where needed. We are not liable for changes or outages by third parties.
13. SEO, Performance & Results
Unless explicitly included, SEO is limited to basic on-page best practices. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or enquiries.
14. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel by written notice but must pay for work completed. We may pause or terminate if you fail to pay invoices, do not provide required information, or behave abusively.
15. Refunds
Refunds are not typically available once work has started. Hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid for the Project giving rise to the claim.
17. Confidentiality
We will treat your non-public business information as confidential and expect you to do the same with ours.
18. Data Protection & Privacy
Both parties agree to act in accordance with UK data protection law. You are responsible for your website’s privacy policy and cookie compliance.

Please contact us first at info@wildweb.design. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
20. Governing Law
