Best for brochure sites that just need the basics covered.
Includes:
· Monthly WordPress + plugin updates
· Monthly backups
· Basic security checks
· Email support (responses within 2 business days)
Care Plan: £89/month
Ideal for most small business websites.
Includes everything in Starter Care, plus:
· Performance monitoring
· Up to 30 minutes of content updates per month
· Contact form checks + minor fixes
Growth Plan: £149/month
Best if you want your website to stay active and keep building visibility.
Includes everything in the Care Plan, plus:
· Up to 90 minutes of updatesper month
· 1 blog post per month (SEO-friendly, written for you, up to 700 words)
· Google Business Profile creation + optimisation (one-time setup included)
· Monthly Google Business updates (2 posts per month + basic info checks)
eCommerce Care (WooCommerce): £129/month
For online stores that need extra attention.
Includes:
· Monthly WordPress + WooCommerce + plugin updates
· Monthly backups + security checks
· Performance monitoring
· Up to 45 minutes of updatesper month
· Up to 5 product updatesper month (prices, photos, descriptions)
· Email support (responses within 2 business days)
eCommerce Growth (WooCommerce): £219/month
For stores that want consistent improvements and support.
Includes everything in eCommerce Care, plus:
· Up to 120 minutes of updatesper month
· Up to 15 product updatesper month (or 5 new products added if you provide content)
· 1 SEO-friendly blog post written for you per month (up to 800 words)

Need extra updates this month?
No problem — you can add extra support time when you need it.
· Additional support time: £45/hour
What’s not included (so it’s clear)
These plans are designed for ongoing care and small improvements. The following are not included unless quoted separately:
· New pages or major new sections (e.g., adding a full new service area)
· Full redesigns or brand overhauls
· New feature builds (booking systems, memberships, custom functionality)
· eCommerce expansions beyond your plan allowance (large product uploads, complex variations)
· Premium plugin/theme licences (if required)
· Copywriting and photography (unless your plan includes written blog posts)
· Fixing issues caused by third-party edits or unapproved plugins
If you’re not sure whether something counts as a “small update”, just ask — we’ll always confirm before doing chargeable work.
